Apple is Rumored to Introduce 18W USB-C Power Cable Charger for its Novel iPhone

If the latest news is anything to go by, Apple will include a cable charger in synch with its iOS gadgets. This will ensure a quicker charging rate and will do away with any buying of chargers.

Such an action was something for which customers had to go out of the way and spend a lot of cold hard cash. Now this will be unnecessary. The novel pictures doing the rounds of the Internet show a US edition of this charger. These new photos are posted by Mac Otakara (via Mac Rumors).

This charger is stylish in its design and function. It has a supercompact body and is actually a 5-watt charger. Inclusivity of this charger in the iPhone box will make the purchasing process a smooth one for Apple’s valued clientele.

There are metallic extensions on one side and a port on the other side. The later photos of this charger show it to be slightly larger than the previous ones. The textual inscriptions on the charger are radically different from the usual style of Apple Inc. As for the model number, it happens to be A1720.

The rumors may have some reality behind them that Apple will be including this powerful cable charger with its upcoming iPhone.

Yet other rumors confirm that even the iPad models will have these chargers sealed in their packaging. Originally, the adaptors for iPads had a power output of 10 – 12 watts. Yet like the iPhones, these will now have a cable charger included in their boxes.
