SNK 40th Anniversary Games Package to Come to Switch towards End of 2018

The SNK 40th Anniversary games package which consists of an abundance of arcade hits will be coming to the Nintendo Switch towards the end of 2018. While huge games that are novel in nature are coming as well to the Switch, the gamers have their eyes on the SNK 40th Anniversary games.

This collection will not have as its target any Neo-Geo. That is because that was easily possible via Hamster already. Rather it is a look back at the past to view the “golden oldies” among games which some gamers are just dying to play again.

These include such games as Ikari Warriors, Crystalis and Guerrilla War. There is even a teaser trailer out regarding all this. November 13th is the release date for the collection. While the price tag is still up in the air, some say it won’t exceed $30 to $40 as far as the regular version is concerned.

A special edition is in the pipeline as well. It is ready for pre-orders. There is an art compendium that goes along with it and an art book and box set are additional items. The price of SNK 40th Anniversary Collection is about $65.

The long list of games in this package includes such memorable ones as Alpha Mission, Athena, P.O.W., Pscho Soldier, Street-Smart, TNK III, Vanguard and Victory Road.

The SNK 40th Anniversary games collection will be arriving in November (November 13 in North America, November 16 in Europe) and that is when the slightly more mature gamers will get a chance to enjoy the games they played in their youth.
