Then there is another teaser image of its extreme aerodynamic design. The fact that this is not an ordinary car comes full circle thanks to these ads.

The 2019 Corvette ZR1 is an affordable supercar. It has earned a reputation for its superb racing style. The only issues are that the quality is not as great as many other supercars. Also, the inner area is not as cushy as it ought to be. However, it is a giant step towards making a better car than the ordinary run-of-the-mill Vette. The body of this car is composed of carbon fiber and polycarbonate. This comprises the hood as well. Also, backside wings are present in this model. Beneath the bonnet lies a 6.2 liter LT5 V8 engine. This car was unveiled in its original format the Detroit Motor Show this year. The occasion was the 50th anniversary of Steve McQueen’s movie “Bullitt”. A green roadster undergoes a car chase scene in the film. Ford sought its spark of creativity from this car in the film. The new Mustang Bullitt though is a far cry from the original model. It is a new car for a new generation. As for the paint, it is a Dark Highland Green. Especially, the grille, splitter and back side Bullitt badge seek their main impetus from the motif presented in the movie which came out so long ago.

Alloy wheels having a black finish and bearing five spokes exist on all four sides of this vehicle. Also, Brembo six-piston front brake calipers are present. In the front, there is a red painted portion. A back cue ball gear knob can clearly be seen too. Recaro leather seating facility is available inside this car. The chassis number is singular in its design and nature. Then we come to the B&O PLAY Audio System. It delivers 1000 watts of pure powerful energy via a dozen or so speakers spread out in this supercar’s interior. Beneath the bonnet lies a 5.0-liter V8 engine which pumps out 452 bhp. Audi wants to make this car available in the Chinese market. A V6 engine will go down well with customers in China than a V10 though. It has twin turbochargers in its context. With 500 hp in its capacity for power output, it has a streamlined exterior framework. The V6 engine version, if successful, will give other cars such as the Mercedes AMG-GT, the Jaguar F-Type and Porsche 911 a run for their money. The R8 belongs in a niche market of its own. The V6 will hopefully arrive sometime in the near future.

5. 2019 Porsche 911

Some revamping needs to be done for this model of hypercar by the Porsche Company. It has a broad wheelbase, a digital dash and lots of other exciting features. Whether it is a supercar or not remains a moot point. It seems to be one but Porsche has let the suspense factor for its release next year remain intact.

Also by being charged at an electric outlet a single time, it can go on for a total distance of 620 miles. Three electric motors are spinning in the interior thanks to the battery pack. They help this vehicle achieve an acceleration that is 0 to 60 mph in 1.9 seconds. The topmost speed is 250+ mph. This supercar can outcompete any other supercar that exists in the world out there. It will be coming out sometime in the year 2020.

8. Aston Martin Cygnet V8

The UK has just gotten a new funky car in the form of the Aston Martin Cygnet V8. It contains a 4.7-liter V8 engine and happens to contain just two seats. This vehicle has 19-inch rim wheels. Also, the brakes are thick and strong. There are carbon fiber wheel arches as well. The car may look simple enough from the outside but on the inside, it is a different story. It is a very complex wheeler. This is necessary to accommodate its 430 bhp core. The frame is extended on the front and back side.

The bucket seats are cushioned and comfortable. Then there is a bespoke back exhaust system. A fuel container made of steel exists in between this setup. This car is totally street legit. In fact, you can place it in the category of sports cars that tear up the racing tracks. A seven-speed automatic manual transmission and strong ancillaries ensure that the Aston Martin Cygnet V8 is a stable car. It can go from 0 to 60 mph in 4.2 seconds. The topmost speed reaches 170 mph. This supercar is also a muscle car and it wowed the crowds when it was recently revealed at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

It is indeed a miracle of modern engineering and technology. To incorporate a V8 engine into such a limited space is hard work. The only drawback is that it makes a loud buzzing sound while going down the road. The Goodwood Festival of Speed is a one spot destination for many car enthusiasts. This Cygnet V8 was the star attraction at this venue. Its performance at the festival was tops. Finally, a carbon dashboard and instrument cluster in the front interior space complete the Aston Martin Cygnet V8 as the ideal roadster.

9. Lanzante McLaren P1 GT

The Lanzante McLaren P1 GT is a supercar that debuted at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. It seeks its inspiration from the F1 GT Longtail which came out in the late 90s. The latter was an endurance racing car. This latest creation though is something else altogether. It has a novel aerodynamic package that is breathtakingly beautiful. A stationary back side wing is affixed on a long tail. The upsurge in downforce is possibly countered by greater powertrain force. The specifications will make everything clear when they come out.

A sensational sports car, this roadster is being unveiled after a lot of teaser images spread throughout the length and breadth of cyberspace. The Goodwood Festival of Speed happened to be the venue of choice for the unveiling. The bodywork lends a streamlined and sleek exterior finish to the Lanzante McLaren P1 GT. It is rumored that a very rich client from the Middle East financed the design elements. The front of this vehicle has a bigger splitter than the usual GTR. As for the canards, they have been removed and vented fenders have been put in their place. The lower diffuser is finetuned to show quad exhaust outlets.

On the inside, it is pure luxury defined. The backside sports seat is minimalism at its best. As for the cabin, it has upholstery which wasn’t present in the case of the GTR. The scoop on its powertrain isn’t available right now. The company is keeping mum in this regard. Lots of energy and drive have gone into the making of this muscle car. A stunning vehicle, McLaren seems to have done it once again. This extreme P1 variety of vehicle has a green exterior color. The wealthy Middle Eastern client who added his bucketful to the design philosophy remains unknown. He chose to remain in the shadows. The rear deck of this car is extended beyond the ordinary length. Also, the 986 bhp powertrain is a great booster for the Lanzante McLaren P1 GT.

With that, we come to the end of the list of salient supercars that still lie in the future as far as ownership is concerned. They are a treasure house worth mining for those who have a lot of money left to squander. Meanwhile, others can gaze in admiration and eat their hearts out.
