The games that are coming to Xbox One that everyone is looking forward to

Microsoft has been criticized by fans for not bringing a lot of major releases. While they have assured fans that they will be working towards bringing to the gaming console Xbox One, they are also bringing some great games to the gaming console as well. Among them are the following;

Overcooked 2

Release date: 7 August 2018
Team 17 is bringing the sequel to the original Overcooked. Hailed as the ‘best couch multiplayer game in years’. The sequel assures more local chaos in the kitchen, with new locations and crazier action than the original.

We Happy Few

Release date: 10 August 2018
Microsoft Studios presents the full version of We Happy. Players have been treated to an early access build of the game on Xbox Game Preview. Microsoft Studios is working with Compulsion Games to bring the future releases as Xbox exclusives.

Strange Brigade

Release date: 28 August 2018
Also coming on Xbox One is Rebellion’s Strange Brigade. It is an online multiplayer co-op shooter. Based on early British matinee cinema with a sense of humor to match. The players will get their pick from a handful of adventurers including fighting with swathes of mummies and other spooky enemies through multiple scenarios and levels.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2018

Release date: 30 August 2018
Konamiis bringing Pro Evolution Soccer is back with more official team licenses than ever before. The game is featuring Philippe Coutinho as the cover star while the special edition version features David Beckham. Catch your favorite footballers on Xbox One.

Destiny 2: Forsaken

Release date: 4 September 2018
Not just DLC, the Forsaken expansion pack from Activision is set to bring an all-new campaign. Just so you know, Cayde-6 dies right at the beginning so the rest is all about revenge. A new team-based multiplayer mode, Gambit is also introduced in which the players are pitted up against CPU enemies and other teams.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider

Release date: 14 September 2018
Square Enixbrings a grittier version of the original Lara Croft to the Xbox One for a third installment. Players will go exploring how Lara Croft became Tomb Raider.There are of course more tombs to explore than ever before and a lot of underwater swimming sequences.

Spyro Reignited Trilogy

Release date: 21 September 2018
Are you ready for more igniting action? Activision brings back all the adventures of the lovable dragon Spyro right into the modern age. The special edition will offer ground-up graphical remake of the original 3D platform game trilogy on Xbox One.

FIFA 19

Release date: 28 September
EA claimed the Champions League license for this installment. Xbox One game will allow the players to compete in the tournament in FIFA 19 for the first time in years. EA has also insured that they have worked out the errors from the previous version.

Forza Horizon 4

Release date: 2 October 2018
Microsoft Studios has developed the game to the streets and countryside of the Great Britain. The Forza Horizon will be coming to Xbox One as a major new feature. With a different feel, races will be featured in different conditions.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey

Release date: 5 October 2018
Ubisoft keeps the gears roaring after the success of Assassin’s Creed Origins. This time, the Assassin's Creed series is taking the players to ancient Greece, in the era of Spartans. The ships are also back. All on Xbox One.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4

Release date: 12 October 2018
Activision is bringing Call of Duty with"feet-on-the-ground" multiplayer maps for players. There will beno single-player mode this year. What is included are, battles, a new zombies mode with three different scenarios and Blackout, the franchise's first Battle Royale game mode.

Lego DC Super-Villains

Release date: 16 October 2018
Warner Bros Interactiveworks with Lego to develop the game for Lego DC Super-Villains. After the Lego Batman game, Warner focused on the DC universe's enemies for the next platformer to feature the brick-based system. The Joker and many more are yours to control at last.

Battlefield V

EAgives a follow up for the new Call of Duty in the Battlefield saga on Xbox One. Based in World War II, it features a single-player campaign as well as multiplayer modes.

Soul Calibur IV

Bandai Namco brings the fight to Xbox One in the latest super-speedy PVP fighting game series. The game will featureGeralt from The Witcher 3 in a special appearance as one of the playable characters.

Red Dead Redemption 2

Rockstar/Take-Two have developed Red Dead Redemption 2 for Xbox One and it is one of the most anticipated games this year.It is a prequel to Red Dead Redemption which has been awaiting release for almost two years.

Hitman 2

Release date: 13 November 2018
Warner Bros Interactive was quick to score the rights for Hitman 2 once the IO Interactive and Square Enix finished on their contract. and the first order of the day seems to have been to ditch the episodic nature of the last Hitman. All the missions in the sequel are included this time around instead.

Fallout 76

Release date: 14 November 2018
Fallout 76 is not a sequel for Fall Out 4. It is a completely new game by Bethesda. Serving as a prequel to the previous Fallout chapters, that spans four times over the last installment. With an addition of multiplayer play, the players can encounter "dozens" of other players in their game.

Just Cause 4

Release date: 4 December 2018
Square Enix is taking Rico Rodriguez on yet another adventure on Xbox One. Developer Avalanche Studios has createda larger open world environment than ever before with a greatly improved enemy AI. The players will face potentially make for harder battles and advanced tactics. That all translates to more energetic fun.

Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition

Release date: Winter 2018
Bandai Namcotakes the massive RPG to the West, and not a minute too late. Doing a remaster of one of the most-loved JRPGs of all time is not an easy challenge. Bandai Namco is sparing no effort to make the game a perfect experience on Xbox One.

Team Sonic Racing

Release date: Winter 2018
Sega Sonic and friends are getting their karts out for another turn. Team play is important this time. The players can work together, zoom around the tracks to beat their opponents.

Call of Cthulhu

Release date: 2018
Focus Home Interactive and Cyanide collaborate to bring the RPG which is closely adapted from the tabletop role-playing game hailing from the 1980s. Even though the game does not have a specific release date yet, however that adds to the intrigue of the game.
