CES 2019 Healthcare Wearable: DFree Notifies Wearers When It Is Time to go to the Bathroom

Triple W's DFree is World's Wearable Device for Incontinence.

Triple W exhibits the DFree wearable device for incontinence at the CES 2019. DFree uses ultrasound technology to monitor how full the bladder is and notifies you on your smartphone or tablet when it's time to go to the bathroom.

DFree (DFree stands for "diaper-free") helps to prevent accidental urinary leaks. Seniors and people with disability who need to manage a loss of bladder control now have an alternative to disposable diapers or pads and medications with the DFree wearable health device from Triple W. According to the U.S. National Institutes of Health, urinary incontinence affects 500 million people worldwide.

The DFree wearable is already available in the US for $499.99. Alternatively, you can rent the device for $40 per month. DFree is yet another wearable device in healthcare that offers a new way of dealing with a medical condition.

At the CES 2019, wearables compete with many other technologies. A few weeks later is a much more focused conference and expo in Germany that is only about wearables and related technologies. The Wearable Technologies 2019 Europe will kick off Feb. 3, 2019. I4U News readers get a 20% discount on tickets for the WT Wearable Technologies Conference 2019 with code WT_i4u.

The CES 2019 will take place January 8-11, 2019, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
