CES 2019 Smartwatch: Mobvoi TicWatch E2 and S2

Mobvoi updates its smartwatch E and S with fitness features.

Mobvoi unveiled at the CES 2019 the new TicWatch E2 and S2 smartwatches. The new Android Wear watches are water proof to 5 ATM waterproof rating and feature a swim tracking mode. The battery life got improved by 30% compared to the previous generation of the TicWatch Express (E) and TicWatch Sport (S).

The TicWatch E2 and S2 run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2100 platform, which is not the latest from Qualcomm. The pricing has not been announced yet, but will likely be in line with the previous generation available on amazon.com.

At the CES 2019, wearables compete with many other technologies. A few weeks later is a much more focused conference and expo in Germany that is only about wearables and related technologies. The Wearable Technologies 2019 Europe will kick off Feb. 3, 2019. I4U News readers get a 20% discount on tickets for the WT Wearable Technologies Conference 2019 with code WT_i4u.
