The Bumble dating app has signed Tennis champion Serena Williams for a year-long marketing campaign. The Bumble Serena Williams campaign will kick off on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb. 3. Bumble and Serena Williams have not confirmed that the kick-off will be in form of a Super Bowl 2019 ad. On the other hand, Williams said in a Reuters interview: "Super Bowl is a great opportunity for women’s voices to be heard louder. We want to make noise. This is the best and perfect place to make the biggest noise that we can.”

We assume that there will be a Bumble Super Bowl 2019 ad. Everything else is a compromise and weakens the high-profile Serena Williams deal. Update: On Jan. 15, Bumble confirmed a Bumble Super Bowl 2019 commercial starring Serena Williams.

Bumble has more than 47 million users, making it one of the biggest dating apps. The difference in Bumble is that women have to make the first move.

Watch all Super Bowl 2019 Ads when they are released online. Super Bowl 2019 (LIII) will take place at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, home of the Falcons, on Feb. 3, 2019.
