The game features a realistic recreation of the actual trucks on the FIA European Truck Racing Championship.

A racing simulation game featuring trucks has officially rolled out on PC via Steam before an expected launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on August 20.

Truck Racing Championship was created by BIGBEN and N-Racing. The game is based on the FIA European Truck Racing Championship, a motorsport racing series for truck tractor units that has been held since 1985.

The video game adaptation will feature 45 race trucks from some of the best truck manufacturers in the world such as Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, Western Star and more. About seven circuits of the actual European Truck Racing Championship were recreated for the game, in addition to six iconic circuits such as Laguna Seca, the COTA and Fuji Speedway.

During gameplay, TRC will have 20 official teams and championship drivers with five single-player and five multiplayer modes including local split-screen.

TRC will run on KT Engine. The graphics of the PC version of the game will run on Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 2GB or AMD Radeon HD 5870 2GB. To play, gamers’ laptops or desktops should have 8 GB of RAM.

Here’s Bigben Games’ description of the game:

In Truck Racing Championship, the simulation pushes the limits of what's possible, and everything has been designed to guarantee players all the thrills of racing in these spectacular races. With dynamic weather, different physics and inertia for each vehicle, and manual management of brakes and water cooling, everything has been included to ensure players experience the ultimate challenge.
