How to Enable LED Notifications in Samsung Galaxy S10, S10 Plus

In this article we mention the steps you need to take to turn on LED notifications on Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus.

Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus have a beautiful LED light notification feature. But several users are finding it hard to enable these LED notifications feature on their devices.

Follow these steps to turn on LED notifications on your phone.

Enable LED Notifications in Samsung Galaxy S10, S10 Plus

Go to Google Play Store and search for “Always ON” in the search bar.

You will see a lot of results for this phrase. But in the first few options try to find Always On Edge – Edge Lightning (By Edge Lighting AOE). This is the app you should install in your Samsung Galaxy S10 or S10 Plus device.

Launch the app and you will see a settings icon in the center top section of your screen. Click the settings icon and you will see a list of options.

In the “Required Permissions” section make sure to check all the options (you will see four check boxes).

In the “App Restriction” section select the option that says “Allow this app to run without restriction.”

Under “How to Start” check the option that says “Manually, only when I want it.”

Scroll down and you will see another section under “When a notification comes”

Check two options:

When screen is off
Reminder when screen is off…..

There is another option that lets you select the color of the lighting you see for different applications. For example, I can set Skype notifications color as Red using this option.

Click on “Select enabled apps and its color and time”

You will see a list of apps. Use the on-screen options to customize the type and color of LED notifications.

Using the Edge Lightning app you can also customize camera cutout and screen LED notifications for Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus.
