Start your engines and beat other racers from around the world.

There’s a new racing game hitting mobile phones that took seven years to develop.

Street Kart Racing, a game created by U.K. game developer Fat Cigar Productions Ltd., has finally been made available on the App Store for iOS devices.

The developers took seven years to create the game, testing the physics of hundreds of pro kart racers to make all the movements and the actions in the game feel life-like. The game has been tested for two years, according to Fat Cigar.

With the authentic physics feel of the game, players are able to tap the brakes to bring the back around like a real race kart. Racers can also customize their karts for fast and even hot or cold conditions.

Players of Street Kart Racing will start their career in 50mph Cadet karts at a racetrack that is inspired by the real-world track in Wackersdorf, Germany. They will be able to graduate from Cadet status when they win championships through real-world classes.

After racing on the Wackersdorf tracks, players will be able to experience racing on tracks that are inspired by real-world tracks in Las Vegas, Nevada in the U.S., in Belgium’s Mariembourg and in Italy’s Adria Raceway.

Racers will also get to learn the best practices of the best racers from the actual Rosberg Racing Academy. They will be trained by no less than Nico Rosberg, the founder of the academy.

The most thrilling part of playing Street Kart Racing is the week-long championships that occur from time to time. Players from around the world can race against each other in real time. Their track location is based on a real-life race track, and the actual weather from a certain time of day when racers beat each other during a match is what the weather on the game will be like.

Street Kart Racing is available in all countries except Korea, Japan and China, the developers noted.

Fat Cigar did not disclose whether it also plans to roll out the game to Android devices.
