Garmin is the first wearable device maker to offer this service.

Amazon’s premium music streaming service Amazon Music is now available on Garmin smartwatches.

Garmin users who have subscribed to Amazon Music can now listen to their playlists straight from their watches, which is perfect when going jogging, hiking or doing other outdoor activities. Users can skip tracks, play and pause their music straight through their Garmin smartwatches without having to pull out their phones.

Apart from having the ability to play, pause and skip songs, Garmin watch users can also download tracks from their Amazon Music libraries, including their favorite songs and playlists, directly from their Garmin smartwatches.

Amazon Music is part of the offerings of Amazon Prime. Prime members are entitled to more than two million songs and hundreds of hand-curated playlists and stations.

For those who are looking to access more than 50 million songs, including the latest releases from today's popular artists, can opt for an Amazon Music Unlimited subscription. Customers who have not tried subscribing to Amazon Music can sign up to a 30-day free trial. They can opt out anytime they want.

“As the first wearable company to offer Amazon Music, we are excited to collaborate with another key music provider to bring even more listening options to customers around the world… Music helps keep us moving during our hardest runs and workouts, and with Amazon Music, there are more than 50 million songs to choose from so you can stay motivated no matter where your training takes you,” Dan Bartel, Garmin vice president of global consumer sales, said in a statement.
