A lot of Samsung Galaxy S10 users say that their device colors look washed out and dull. Here is how to fix the problem.
Samsung Galaxy S10 got immediate fame due to its astonishing features and hardware. But recently, there is a strange problem that has been bugging a lot of Galaxy S10 users all over the world. These users complain that Galaxy S10 display looks dull and the colors on the screen look washed out. When they play photos and videos on Galaxy S10 and then compare them to their looks on other devices, they are disappointed because S10 colors look dull.
Some Galaxy S10 users also say that their videos look blurry on their phone’s screen. With colors washed out and the resolution blurred, these users are extremely disappointed as they spent a lot of money to buy the device.
But there are a few ways that have worked to fix Samsung Galaxy S10 colors washed out and dull display problem.
RGB Color Settings
Go to Settings in your phone.
Head over to the Display section and tap Screen Mode.
Make sure that the Screen Mode is set to Vivid. Now tap “Advanced Settings”.
In this section you will see three bars for Red, Green and Blue colors. You can slide these bars and adjust the colors. Try sliding every bar and check which setting fixes the brightness and colors of your device. When you are happy with the settings, hit the home button to return to the home screen.
Accessibility Settings
Launch Settings in your Galaxy S10 and open Settings.
Scroll down and open “Accessibility”.
Now tap “Visibility Enhancements”.
Go to “Color Adjustments” and then select “Personalized Colors”.
This will result in a significant change in your display colors. Also, in the Visibility Enhancements” section there are a lot of sections where you could play around and change color themes and contrasts. I would suggest checking these options. A lot of users were able to find the ideal color settings in these sections.
If nothing works, make sure to immediately take your device to a Samsung store or contact their support on the phone.
