Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Complete Edition lands on Nintendo Switch and Steam

Collect more than 300 Digimons to Digivolve!

The Complete Edition of Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth is now available on the Nintendo Switch and on PCs via Steam, according to the game’s developer and publisher, Bandai Namco Entertainment.

Nintendo Switch and Steam players in the United States can now purchase the game online.

The Complete Edition combines Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth and Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth - Hacker’s Memory into a single game where players can get into classic turn-based battles and captivating storylines.

The Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Complete Edition is based on the Digimon franchise that has been a massive hit among video game players and anime fans. Digimon, or “Digital Monsters,” first emerged in 1997 as virtual pets like Tamagotchis, until they were adopted into manga and anime and later into video games.

In Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth: Complete Edition, players can collect and raise more than 300 Digimons that they can Digivolve later. The goal is to build an all-star Digimon team to battle against opponents in classic turn-based games.

The story will take place in the world of Eden, a virtual reality world filled with different types of places, people and Digimons.

The protagonist of the game is Keisuke Amasawa, whose Eden account gets stolen, leading to a frameup for a crime he did not commit. Keisuke’s goal is to immerse back into the digital world to prove that he’s not guilty of any crime and to track the individual who stole his identity.

Check out the game on the Nintendo eStore and on Steam.
