The Sims 4 to launch Discover University expansion pack

Enroll in your Sims' dream school with this new expansion pack.

A new school experience is coming to The Sims 4 with the upcoming launch of the new Discover University Expansion Pack on November 15.

This new addition is available to The Sims 4 on PCs and Mac on that date before it rolls out to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on December 17.

Discover University takes school experience to a whole new level. It builds on the previous University Life expansion packs in older Sims versions. With Discover University, your Sim can enroll in their dream school and take classes in engineering, education or law. You can even decorate their dorm room to make your Sim feel more at home.

This expansion pack also features extracurricular activities for your Sims, where they can make new friends with those who share the same interests as them. There are a number of organizations to choose from including robotics, debate, art, or a mysterious secret society.

You can enroll your Sims into two unique schools in the the brand-new world of Britechester.

There's the University of Britechester for those who are into arts and humanities or the Foxbury Institute for Sims who wanted to pursue careers in science and technology.

The schools both have various go-to places for your Sims to hang out or study such as the library and the student commons. You can even get your Sims to explore the campus by bike or pull pranks against their rival school.

"Easily the most requested piece of content by our players, we’re excited to reveal The Sims 4 Discover University and can’t wait for everyone to make the world of Britechester their classroom. Players can have their Sims live out whatever college experience they choose and create unique memories during an opportunistic chapter of their lives," The Sims 4 Senior Producer Michael Duke said in a statement.

“They can enroll in classes that pique their interest, whether that is biology, computer science, art history or even villainy! Players could set up their Sims for success and join a study group with friends or hit the snooze button and miss their morning lecture. They can also enjoy extracurricular activities such as joining college organizations and attending school spirit events," Duke added.
