UBTECH to showcase new robots at CES 2020, including robo-butler

An updated version of UBTECH's robo-butler Walker will demo at the trade show.

UBTECH, which brought codable and programmable robot toys to enhance kids’ STEM skills, is coming to this year’s Consumer Electronics Show to debut its new lineup of robots for businesses and homes.

The company’s exhibit at the CES follows the launch of UBTECH’s learning robots, the JIMU ROBOT Mythical Series: Firebot Kit and the JIMU ROBOT Competitive Series: Champbot Kit. UBTECH will again showcase these two robots at the CES, in addition to the new ones.

UBTECH will be putting on display its new robots including an updated version of its intelligent humanoid service robot Walker, which appeared during the CES 2019.

The updated Walker now comes with improved capabilities and functionalities. Walker will demo faster, human-like walking and yoga poses, among many others. Walker is also able to push a cart, draw pictures, and write characters.

Apart from Walker, UBTECH will also debut its autonomous indoor monitoring robot AIMBOT that is built for smart inspection, inventory management, safety and security of data centers, and more.

The other robot is the customizable, cloud-based, intelligent humanoid service robot Cruzr, which is designed for retail uses, exhibits, hotels, healthcare, finance, and other fields where there’s a need for a butler or a service person.

CES attendees can watch how UBTECH’s new robots function at booth 26015, South Hall 2 of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The CES 2020 is coming up in a few days from now, so make sure to catch the latest updates on the biggest consumer electronics trade show at I4U News’ dedicated CES 2020 News Hub.
