Samsung unveils cheaper Galaxy S10 Lite and Note10 Lite

Samsung will showcase these new phones at the annual CES.

In a bid to attract more consumers to its products, Samsung has released more affordable versions of its flagship phones, the Samsung Galaxy S10 and Note10.

The move is also seen as Samsung’s attempt to fight competition against new entrants to the smartphone market. Samsung has named these new devices the new Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy Note10 Lite, which will pack pretty much the same features as the S10 and Note10.

Both new phones will continue to have the same camera features as the flagship models, as well as the signature S Pen, an immersive 6.7-inch display and a long-lasting battery.

The Galaxy S10 Lite will come with a main Wide-angle camera and Ultra Wide and Macro cameras combined with the new Super Steady OIS, allowing users to capture stable photos and videos. The S10’s Ultra Wide camera features a 123-degree angle lens that works like a human eye.

The S10 Lite will be available in three color variants: Prism White, Prism Black and Prism Blue.

Meanwhile, the new Galaxy Note10 Lite will continue offering the best level of productivity to users with its signature S Pen that comes with the device. The Note10 Lite will be available in the following colors: Aura Glow, Aura Black and Aura Red.

Both phones will pack a large 4,500mAh battery and they will also feature super-fast charging capabilities giving users that uninterrupted use that smartphone users always look for.

Samsung has yet to unveil the pricing for these new phones, but they will be cheaper than the existing lines of S10 and Note10 phones. CES attendees can try them out firsthand at the CES 2020 at booth #15006 in the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The CES 2020 is coming up in a few days from now, so make sure to catch the latest updates on the biggest consumer electronics trade show at I4U News’ dedicated CES 2020 News Hub.
