Super Bowl 2020: Mr. Peanut’s funeral gets an adorable twist

The Big Game has witnessed a miracle.

Just when you thought the world was about to mourn the loss of another icon, it suddenly comes back from the grave, literally.

Planters aired its Super Bowl 2020 commercial last night and it was supposed to be a funeral for Mr. Peanut.

As you know, Mr. Peanut was killed in a horrible road accident that left him giving up his life to save his friends, Matt Walsh and Wesley Snipes.

The world had started to accept the fact that Mr. Peanut is really gone after 104 years. Planters had even released a memoriam video tribute for the world’s favorite legume.

However, surprisingly, in Mr. Peanut’s funeral that was attended by his friends Mr. Clean and the Kool-Aid Man, among others, a teardrop from Kool-Aid Man accidentally drops onto Mr. Peanut’s grave. The sun then shines, sending away the dark clouds that enveloped Mr. Peanut’s funeral.

A peanut plant suddenly sprouts and then comes what appears to be a baby version of Mr. Peanut, but wearing the mascot’s top hat. He then talks, saying “Just kidding, I’m back.”
