Corsair is well known for its performance computer memory. Corsair announced this week that it was now offering full buffered memory modules for the Apple Mac Pro line of desktop computers.

The fully buffered DIMMS run at 667MHz and are available in 2GB and 4GB kits. The 2GB kit consists of a pair of 1GB modules and retails for $165. The 4GB kit includes a pair of 2GB modules and retail for $225.

We are excited to extend our Corsair memory solutions to support the high performance Mac Pro Desktop Systems," said John Beekley, VP of Applications at Corsair. "These modules offer end users the ability to greatly maximize the amount of memory in their Mac Pro," added Beekley.
