GamePyre published a review of the Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 game for the Sony PSP. The game was released on March 11th and sells for $29.99 on Amazon.com. PES 2008 is also available on Wii, PS3, PS2 and Xbox 360.

Quote from the review: "First of all, the game excluded multiplayer mode, and although there are quite a few successful games that include single player mode only, a sports game will not be successful taking that approach. Most of my friends for example will not even glance at a sports game without multiplayer. Konami, further shot itself in the foot by jumping the gun and releasing Pro Evolution Soccer without testing the final product (the game has sections that do not function properly or at all, such as the unplayable penalty mode or the completely vestigial snow/dry environments."
