For most of us the name Steven Spielberg brings to mind visions of summer blockbuster movies, not casual video games aimed at the whole family. Yet Spielberg has announced his first video game for the Wii called Boom Blox.

Pocket-lint says that the good parts are that the game has hundreds of levels, great creation options, and the game is challenging. The bad points are that there is no option to upload scores and the graphics and story line are subpar.

I would have expected a fantastic story line with Spielberg’s name attached to it. The final verdict is that the game is good and the whole family can enjoy it. The overall game rating was 8 out of 10.
