As Sony Ericsson’s market share in the mobile handset world drops like a rock, it needs a new handset that will grab some attention. Perhaps the upcoming F305 mobile phone slated to launch tomorrow will help it regain some of its standing.

The device is going to be the first Sony Ericsson phone to use motion controlled gaming in an ode to the Nintendo Wii. The device also features the familiar “X” and “O” button from the Playstation console and a multidirectional pad.

The device operates on the pokey EDGE network, has dual internal speakers, a 2MP digital camera with no zoom, and a FM tuner built-in. Considering the Playstation buttons and the fact that the PSP can piggy back on the PS3 for some gaming features, it would be no surprise to see the F305 get in on that action as well.
