Samsung showed the small SP-P400 projector at the CES 2008 for the first time. Now the company provides more details and puts emphasis on the extreme long lamp life of the SP-P400.

Today's projectors need a lamp replacement after 2,000-3,000 hours. The SP-P400 uses an LED lamp that achieves a life time of over 20,000 hours. This translates into zero cost of ownership for such an LED based projector.
The Samsung SP-P400 measures 145x145x64mm and weighs 900g. The price of the SP-P400 is 800,000 Won in Korea (~$800).
