Honda has released the first official shots of its upcoming tiny city car called the Honda Jazz. The new Jazz is 55mm longer and 20mm wider than the previous version giving it more interior room. Other than a new look the car also gets a pair of new petrol engines.

The two new engines promise better fuel economy. The entry level motor has 88 bhp and is a 1.2-litre four cylinder. An optional 1.4-litre engine will produce 98 bhp. Both will have VTEC variable valve timing.

Honda says that there are no plans for diesel version of the car. The price isn’t announced yet, but Autocar says it will run about £10k.
