In addition to being a geek, I am a hard-core car guy. I'm also a huge fan of Top Gear despite the fact I am in America. Though I hear they're going to do an American version of the show, but I doubt it'll be the same.

I know I have spent a lot of time when sitting somewhere with nothing to do watching YouTube videos of Top Gear on my iPhone. Now Top Gear has become the first individual BBC program to get its very own dedicated YouTube channel.

I can only hope that with a dedicated channel for the show, the quality of the videos uploaded to YouTube gets much better. A clip of Clarkston driving the Ariel Atom is already posted to the channel and it had more than 3 million views.
