Adobe has announced new versions of Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements bringing both applications to version 7. The products can be purchased as standalone items or as a bundle pack. The applications allow for photo and video editing when used together.

Adobe announced a new Photoshop.com service that can be purchased along with the software that provides templates and creative tutorials to help users get the most out of the software. Other features include online backup, access to photos and video anywhere, and interactive options.

Premier Elements 7 now supports AVCHD format and special effects similar to green screen. The Photoshop elements and Premier Elements bundle can be purchased for $149.99 and the separate products will retail for $99.99 in October.
