Sanyo has introduced its latest projector called the PLV-Z3000. The projector is the industry's first 5:5 pull down projector with a 120Hz full HD panel. It also features a 120Hz refresh rate and can show programs in full HD 1080p.

The contrast ratio for the projector is 65000:1 and the Z3000 offers advanced lens shifting and a quiet fan. The 5:5 pull down uses dynamic predictive frame interpolation for up to 120 fps with interpolation. Brightness is 1200 ANSI lumens. The image can be 100-inches from 10 to 20 feet away from the projector.

"The PLV-Z3000, with SANYO's exclusive TopazReal HD feature set and high contrast ratio, offers home theater users a new reference in high performance, cost-effective 1080p projection, "says Mark Holt, the Vice President and General Manager for SANYO's Presentation Technologies Division. "The flexibility of installation due to our unique lens shifting system and the short-throw distance makes the PLV-Z3000 an excellent choice for home theater viewing."
