O2 is in discussions with Apple to provide MacBook notebooks bundled with landline and mobile broadband subscriptions. The notebooks would not be free of charge, but would be subsidized.

O2 is the official UK iPhone provider and is looking to capitalize on that relationship to bring subsidized notebooks.

This could be perfect for Mac fans that are looking for a new notebook, and mobile or home broadband at a discount. Exactly how much of a discount would be offered and how long the contract would be is not mentioned.
