If you are looking forward to the Xbox Dashboard update that is coming soon, you had better be sure that you have the available space to store the update. In fact, this could be a big issue for owners of the Xbox 360 Core or Arcade systems who don’t have the needed 128MB of storage.

Microsoft has announced a fix for these users and is offering a free 512MB memory card or a cheap 20GB HDD. To claim these offers you will need the serial number from your console and the console ID.

For free storage, you need to own a core system and a 64MB memory card. Those with the Arcade can get a 20GB HDD for only £12.99. If you have been holding out on adding storage, this is the time to jump.
