eBay has more than its share of problems and any buyer or seller has had issues at one point or another. Sellers were especially hard hit after eBay started charging higher fees and removed the ability to leave negative feedback for buyers.

A man named Chris Read bought a used mobile phone from eBay and left negative feedback for the seller after the process was complete. The feedback stated, " was scratched, chipped, and not the model advertised on Mr. Jones’ eBay account."

Jones threatened a lawsuit if the feedback wasn't removed and Read refused to remove it. Now Read has been served with legal papers telling him to remove the feedback. Perhaps this is the future of eBay, actual legal proceedings after auctions go bad.
