Take a trip via airplane and go through a major airport and you have likely come across vending machines selling iPods and other electronic items. A new vending machine is set to appear on streets in the UK.

The vending machine doles out video games, Blu-ray and DVD movies, as well as music. The machine will reportedly take both credit cards and cash. Sony and Universal are the entertainment giants behind the machine.

The music format is unknown and the machines will be only in the UK initially. We could see them pop up in airports and other countries if they work well.
