The launch date of the BlackBerry Storm on Verizon Wireless draws nearer. Today the company launched a virtual tour of the BlackBerry Storm demonstrating all features of the first touch-screen BlackBerry phone.
The BlackBerry Storm is anticipated to go on sale around the 15th of this month. The pricing is still open for guesses. The latest rumors are that Verizon might even offer the Storm free.
AT&T launched the other new BlackBerry yesterday.Features of the BlackBerry Storm include "clickable" touch-screen supporting single-touch, multi-touch and gestures, screen resolution of the 3.25 inch is 480 x 360 resolution at 184 ppi, 3.2MP camera, 1GB of onboard memory storage, microsd card slot, media player, 3.5mm headset jack, full HTML browser, and a removable and rechargeable 1400 mAhr battery that provides approximately six hours of talk time on 3G networks and 15 days of standby time.
Measurements of the Storm are 112.5x62.2x13.95mm and the weight is 55g.
