Freesat will be getting a new TV channel on November 18th. Five is all set to debut on the free satellite service. The addition of the Five network is to allow Freesat to compete against other providers on even footing.

Five has yet to confirm that offline video on demand content will be offered. This type of content is available from BBC, Channel 4, and ITV.

Five will broadcast some popular and critically acclaimed shows like Dangerous Adventures for Boys, Paul Merton in India and 1968 Unseen.
