Sony Announces Desktop Speakers

Sony has announced a new line of desktop speakers to go along with its VAIO notebooks and PCs. Sony says that the speakers are designed around quality and visual appeal with bright colors and interesting designs.

The systems include the SRS-D25 2.1 array with 25W of power in several colors. The SRS-M50 is a portable set that offers 5W of power in a compact design that can be powered by AAA batteries. A two-piece SRS-Z50 kit uses 38mm neodymium driver that offers 5W of power.

The SRS-Z100 is a two-piece system that offers 20W of power with a BassBoost function for deep bass you can feel and hear. Pricing for the speaker systems is unavailable at this time as is availability.
