The new ASUS notebook is the first to offer NVidia’s 3D Vision technology, which takes 3D graphics and displays them in the 3D format that one normally associates with the movie theater. Audio is supplied by a pair of Altec Lansing integrated speakers, driven by the Creative EAX Advanced HD 4.0 3D audio technology and CMSS surround sound.

The notebook works in 3D with about 400 games, including popular Resident Evil 5, Borderlands, and World of Warcraft among others. The 3D Vision uses a set of rechargeable active shutter glasses, a USB IR emitter, a driver disc, and all of the requisite DVI and USB cables.
