EA reports that it is happy with its two new franchises this year, Mirror's Edge and Dead Space. EA says that Mirror's Edge received very high marks on reviews and will have a sequel going forward.

EA also has Dead Space with a sequel possible. I played the PC version of Dead Space and found the controls to be horrible. I guess some games are better left to the console.

Even with good reviews Eurogamer reports that Left 4 Dead and Mirror's Edge have slipped down on the list of best selling games to 39 for Mirror and Left 4 Dead is off the top 40 list completely.
