Genius has been around a while and the name isn't typically associated with really cool gear. The company has announced that it will be debuting a couple of new gadgets at CES 2009 in the next few weeks.

Among the new wares it will offer are a wireless stereo speaker system and a night vision IP camera. The stereo system uses 2.4GHz technology and has two satellites and a built-in subwoofer. Wireless range is said to be up to 100 feet and a 3.5mm jack is built-in as well.

The camera is designed for securing a home or office with video surveillance. It uses six infrared LEDs that allow it to see in total darkness. A mic is built-in to provide audio and it can tilt 350 degrees and pan 135 degrees.
