Fans of Tiscali's IPTV service may be saddened to hear that the Italian provider is ending the service as of today. According to TechWatch, the service has about 50,000 subscribers who will be cutoff.

The firm says it will refund the final month's subscription fee. At this point, the reason for the cancellation of the service is unknown.

Tiscali subscribers in the UK are in a bit of a limbo today, there is no news on if the UK service will be cancelled as well. Odds are UK subscribers should expect to get cutoff as well.
