Carphone Warehouse has reportedly slashed the price of the new Nokia comes with Music 5130 phone. The original price for the handset was £127.10 and the price has now been cut to £82.18. The handset has only been available for three months.

According to Carphone Warehouse, the cut in price is part of routine reductions in its mobile phone catalog. According to Times Online, analysts say that the reduction in price of the handset is due to poor sales.

The analysts say that Nokia is struggling to get consumers to understand exactly how its music phone program works. Sales of handsets from Nokia with the comes with music service are described as poor so far.
