Apple updated the currently available OS X Leopard Mac operating system the last time on December 15th. AppleInsider reports that Apple has supposedly started to test OS X 10.5.7 in its developer community.
The new OS X Leopard update would contain a ton of bug fixes and is rather big in size (at least 440MB). Apparently the OS X 10.5.7 would focus on fixing several issues with syncing problems in 10.5.6 with mail and other apps.
When the OS X 10.5.7 update will be released is not clear yet. This new update of Leopard makes it also likely that OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard is still a while out.
