This is the month for college basketball fans when the NCAA tournament takes over and its basketball all the time. The NCAA has announced a new iPhone app that brings classic March Madness videos to the iPhone for viewing.

The NCAA Highlights app has 18 original and never before seen programs including 2009 tournament previews and unforgettable moments from past games. NCAA music videos are offered as well to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Motown this year.

One video highlights the 1979 NCAA championship game that pitted Larry Bird against Magic Johnson. The app is optimized for Wi-Fi viewing and offers tips on players and teams to watch for the current season, Cinderella stories, unforgettable tournament memories and more.
