Rumors have been going around for a while now that had Nokia looking to enter into the laptop business with its own netbook. Reports are now coming in that claim a Taiwanese PC maker is in talks with Nokia to possibly build the notebook.

The builder is named as Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS). Nokia's CEO said back in February that the company was actively looking into entering the notebook business.

Exactly when Nokia will jump into the computer market is unknown. Some believe that any Nokia netbook or notebook will run Symbian as an OS rather than Windows.
