Acer Introduces New Notebooks

Acer has announced a pair of new computers, one in a portable form factor and the other in a massive multimedia style. The Aspire 3935-6504 is a slim and light notebook with a 13.3-inch frameless LED display with a screen resolution of 1366 x 768. The machine weighs 4.18 pounds and has a full size keyboard.

The CPU is the Intel Core 2 Duo T7350 and the machine has 3GB of RAM, 250GB of storage, and a DVD burner at an MSRP of $899.99. The Aspire 8935G is a massive multimedia notebook boasting a giant 18.4-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080.

Acer is holding back on many of the notebooks specifications but has said that the machine uses Intel Core 2 Duo processors, graphics via Radeon HD 4670, 4x Blu-ray burner, a backlit keyboard, an 8-cell battery and more. The massive notebook weighs 10.1 pounds and is set to launch in June.
