HP has announced the launch of a new notebook called the DV3. The machine has a 13.3-inch screen that is backlit by LEDs and offers graphics via NVIDIA G105M GPU. The machine is slightly larger than the DV2 that was announced not so long ago.

Other features of the machine include and Intel processor, presumably the Core 2 Duo processor, DVD or Blu-ray drive, memory card reader and more.

A webcam is integrated into the machine and wireless broadband is an option. HP offers the Imprint finish, black, or white. All versions run Vista Home and will launch in May starting at £699.
