Earlier today, we mentioned that Dell launched a new Mini 10v netbook. Along with the new netbook, Dell also added an Inspiron 15 notebook to the line. Dell says that the notebook bundles style, performance, and value in a package selling for a starting price of $399.

That is a full-size notebook priced in the netbook range. Six color options are available including black, white, ice blue, pacific blue, cherry red, and promise pink. The machine has options for large HD quality screens, storage, DVD burners and more.

The $399 starter system has an Intel Celeron 2.16GHz CPU, Vista Home Basic, 15.6-inch 1366 x 768 screen, DVD burner, 2GB of RAM, 160GB HDD, a 4-cell battery, Wi-Fi and more. The machine is surprisingly well optioned for the price.
