Digital Chocolate has unveiled its latest iPhone and iPod touch video game called Johnny Crash. The game uses the iPhone accelerometer to shoot Johnny Crash out of a cannon with the goal of crashing him into objects on the screen.

Johnny can be controlled in the air by tilting the iPhone to guide him into onscreen items like vultures, helicopters, oil rigs, tornados, cattle, and UFO's. The game has levels that take place in Texas and New York City.

Players can unlock new powerups as the game progresses along with new objects to crash into. A snapshot function allows players to take photos of the game during play and save them to a scrapbook. A pass and play multiplayer mode is featured as well. The full game costs $4.99 and a free version with limited levels is offered as well.
