IPhone MMS From AT&T Coming In September?

While the rest of the world is happy sending around MMS on their iPhone 3.0 iPhones, AT&T has delayed the feature. The AT&T website is still saying that the MMS feature will be enabled late summer.
AppModo says that AT&T would enable MMS in September. That is still quite a long time to wait. MMS will be though also for free, like in other markets.
In September AT&T is supposed to also allow tethering on the iPhone, but with a cost. Appmodo says it would be $55 on top of the current iPhone plan, but I still think would be crazy to charge that much extra for this data use of the iPhone.
