Samsung And T-Mobile Offer New Text Phones

Samsung and T-Mobile have announced a couple of new texting phones including the Samsung comeback SGH-t559 and the Samsung Gravity 2 SGH-t469. Both phones are aimed at users who heavily text and will be offered exclusively at T-Mobile.

Both devices feature full QWERTY keyboards predictive text entry and auto word completion. The devices also connect to the T-Mobile 3G network. The Comeback offers access to email, text, picture, and instant messaging. A 2-megapixel camera is built in that features digital zoom and the device has an integrated music player with support for up to 16GB of storage.

The Samsung Gravity 2 has a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and comes in berry mauve or metallic pumpkin colors. The device has multiple messaging capabilities, a 2MP webcam with camcorder function, integrated MP3 player, and support for up to 16GB of RAM. The Comeback is available in stores now for $129.99 and the Gravity 2 will hit in August.
