Earlier today we brought you news that Apple might not be coming to the 2010 CES tradeshow. Now we have confirmation from the Consumer Electronics Association that Apple will not be attending the tradeshow in any capacity. There will be an iLounge Pavilion for Mac, iPhone, and iPod products, but it will only feature 3rd party products.

An article by the Wall Street Journal earlier today stated that Apple might show up at the show. This was proven false earlier today, and the journal added a retraction to the article shortly thereafter. Now we have our final answer to the question of whether or not Apple will take part in CES, and at last the speculation can end.
