The HTC Leo has been popping up all over the place and the device has now reportedly hit O2 as the HTC HD2. The device will run Windows /mobile and will sport a 4.3-inch screen, the largest on any mobile phone.

The big screen is touch capable and uses capacitive technology. Windows Mobile 6.5 is the exact flavor of OS the device runs. The CPU inside the handset is the 1GHz Snapdragon from Qualcomm.

O2 says that the new handset will be available in mid-October. Pricing is unknown at this time, but considering the high-end specs you can count on the device not being cheap.
