LG Mobile Phones Awarded JD Power Highest In Customer Satisfaction

LG Mobile Phones has announced that it has been awarded the J.D. Power and Associates Highest in customer Satisfaction award among wireless consumers. This award ranks LG highest in every major category for customer satisfaction with its mobile phone offerings.

LG had the top overall satisfaction rating among traditional mobile phone makers. The study measured customer satisfaction with traditional wireless handsets across factors like operation, design, features, and basic functionality. LG received top marks in all categories and ranked significantly above the competition according to J.D. Power.

"For the second time this year, LG Mobile Phones has been recognized by J.D. Power and Associates for being highest in customer satisfaction," said Ehtisham Rabbani, vice president of product strategy and marketing for LG Mobile Phones. "Listening to our consumers' needs, and delivering on them, has always been a priority at LG. Knowing that our products and efforts are not only appreciated, but viewed as greatest in the industry, is very rewarding."
